If you wish to delete your Wedbox data, please send an email to support@wedbox.com.

The email from which you write to us has to be the same as the one you used to create your account. We will verify it by SMTP lookups and spoof proofing. We will also reply to your email, and then you have to reconfirm your request to be deleted.
If you as a guest wish to have your account deleted, please also send an email to us.

If you as a guest wish to delete pictures or other content, you need a written permission from the wedding couple, because content in their wedding is their property.
You need to get the wedding couple to confirm and accept that the data gets deleted on an email that is sent to us.

No matter what, we will try to help you as good as possible, but we need to verify
identity and rights before we delete any data.
